running on days you don't got to the boxing gym and cut the crapp out, i like to eat a lot of fruit. BTW you might not get down to that weight if your a big build, I'm guessing your trying to get down to middleweight for the am's

You will perform best at your optimum fighting weight. Once you achieve boxing shape that will be your optimum fighting weight. Just get in shape and let your body weigh whatever it wants. Getting to boxing shape takes many months or years depending on your background. Not many men in this world are fit enough to go 12 hard rounds.

But just start at you local gym and go to that when you dont have boxing. It will burn fat, creat muscle and build strength. Just dont go weekends you rest then and youll be aite.

If you're lean already, why do you want to lose weight? Not just lose weight but lose like 30lbs? If you don't think you match your weight that's probably because you hold the weight in your legs.

If you're lean now, cutting weight will be hard and counter-productive.
