    Advice on Running and Sleeping

    So I went running last nite Guys and damn , I havent slept that much problably 4 hours went to bed at 1 woke up at 5 am , But i feel so damn energetic, my mind is like wide awake but my legs are a bit tired and aching , its 5 am should i go running now since im not doing crap , or should i eat something relax and go run later?

    Relax. Let your legs rest a bit more then go for a good run later on.

        Yea relax a bit and eat a little something. Don't go running without any feul in the tank.

          Should i Suck it up and just go Run eat some oatmeal and go run ? Cuz damn minutes are hours and im like so energetic

            Lack of sleep can often be a sign of overtraining. I heard that many tour de france cyclists need to take sleeping pills overnight to be ble to sleep.
