I find it difficult to put on weight, so at the moment I'm pretty lean (5"9, around 150lbs), but I'd like to add 6-10lbs of muscle. Should I cut down on boxing/running/cardio exercise and concentrate on eating and lifting heavy for a while to gain muscle, but will I put on a lot of fat? Basically, I'm looking for some advice on how to gain muscle weight fairly quickly.
