Anyone know how i can do this? I want to put on a bit more weight to turn into muscle but i don't want to eat a litre of ice cream before bed every night if you know what i mean

a **** load of carbs, like pasta.
eat oatlmeal for breakfast, that will do wonders.
uhhh egg whites, maybe buy a protein supplement to put in milk, but its expensive. (drink a lot of milk that works also)
It will make you heavy if you work out, but healthy.
and cut down on sugar, remember eat "healthy" carbs.

Ive been cutting out unhealthy foods and sugary foods lately anyway im trying to get fighting fit again lol, i don't know why im even trying ive quit boxing a few times and keep going back to it... embaresed to show my face in that gym ever again lol. Anyway it'l be ok in a few months but not get into that now. So carbs are the way forward?? I don't mind getting heavy.... that can be cut down by jogging when ive got to the size that i want!! I do drink alot of milk and tend to make alot of milkshakes for myself... just bananas, strawberrys, rasberrys etc in a blender with milk.... no sugar or anything like that!!

I also recommend whole wheat bread, brown rice, tuna and "lean" white chicken breast.
I myself have an issue putting on weight, i duno but i think its my metabolism, if i dont eat a balanced meal for three days straight, i'll shed like 2 pounds. Eitehr way carbs and protein are the way to go.

Dead on cheers.... and i probably won't be going back to that gym and the nearest gym is to far away so gona leave it for a few months and do what im doing at the minute which is just working out.... not doing weights just push ups, sit ups, etc... speed drills... hit the heavy bag etc... i'll probably be doing it all wrong again by the time i do go to any boxing gym again but at least il be ready... i think thats the reason i quit so many times before... i wasnt fit enough and just was immature and didn't have the sense to stick at it... regret it big time now... also with work atm ill not be able to make it down most nights. Eating healthily and staying fit are the main things on my mind at the minute and trying to put on a bit of weight aswell!!
