Weight loss program that worked GREAT for 2 friends but...?

hey... janet here.. I'm 5'8 about 220 lbs.. and ive been trying real hard to lose weight now for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl a little over a year ago.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and since then the hubby has been bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer is about here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive tried almost every diet system out there... south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... and nothing so far has really worked well for me.... But ive recently come across this diet that a couple of my girlfriends put me onto that said worked amazing for them like nothing else has.... so i checked it out, it looks really good and they hav a full money back guarentee.. and im thinking about signing up for it.. but i first wanted to get some 3rd or 4th opinions on it... their website is.. fatloss.pcti-system.com .. Has anyone ever personally tried this program?? Any advice comments opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!!

Shirt term fad diets will never work and will put you in a vicious cycle of being a fatty and an even bigger fatty afterwards. Start eating healthy and only when you are hungry. When you are full, STOP and enjoy every mouthful. You'll learn this on Paul McKenna's plan and it is the best one out there and only healthy eating plkan that works in the long run. He has other handy mind programming tricks in that book too for comfort eating and the like. Google him, and I am sure he has websites for US and UK markets

Diets are cool and all but eating healthy is better. Try eating 6 small meals a day with breakfast being alittle bigger. also once a week eat alittle bit more so your body still thinks your eating alot of food and dosent get used to the lower calories so it dosent get used to lower calories.

also try ankel weights and wrist weights only use these walking never try to run with these on and just go for a 30min to hour walk around a local park they also make 20+ pound vests that you can try but they make you look like your wearing a bullet proof vest.

Higher your heart rate the more carbs you burn and less fat. So by walking your body only wants to burn the fat but when you add resistance your heart rate stays the same but your working harder so you burn more fat. Like the nordic trac incline trainer that goes up to 40% incline you burn 5 times the fat. I dont know how many times more fat is burned with weights but if i were to guess id say that walking at 3.5 mph with 5 lb weights on each ankel would be like jogging at 6 mph but your only burning fat calories.

Just make sure you dont get weights that are too heavy get like a 5lb pair so 2.5 lb for each leg. when you start and try to find weights that are comfortable you dont want the strap digging into your heal(this becomes a big problem with heavier weights). also start slow maybe 10-15 mins just to get used to it if after 15 mins if your still feeling comfortable keep walking.

With the wrist weights try curls as your walking or just swinging your arms alittle more maybe throw punches or side raises. this stuff will help you build upper body muscle and also help in burning more calories.

This isnt intense your not training to box or run a marathon and you really shouldnt ever feel sore except maybe in your arms so you shouldnt ever feel like you dont want to go for a walk.

take everything slow, eat right and the pounds will come off.
