    Ok 7 week challenge.

    Its summer vacation, and I'm gunna challenge myself. I want to drop about 10/12 pounds, im 142 now, and 1 m79

    I got a gym subscription allready, and bought a chinning bar today. (Chin ups/pull/and other pull up things)


    I just need to stay away from fries and chips a bit more... its my weak spot


    TURNING 16 TOMORROW

    So when I;m back on school, I'll be ripped

      Why do you need to lose weight? You're quite light for your height. If you're "skinny fat" then you should consider bulking up a little bit before you cut.

        Yeah I wouldn't try to lose any fat as it is. It already sounds like you're skinny as **** (considering I am 147 pounds in the Get In Shape thread picture and am about 2 centimeters shorter than you).

          I dont mind GAINING weight, as long as its muscle, just wanna get rid of the fat
