    Coming off a two month layoff

    This summer i havent been training because i have been down the shore and i just wanted to party all summer.

    I have still been lifting and running a little and i have only gained about 4 pounds, but im just looking for advice from some people to get back in shape because i have never been in this situation before.

    And on top of all that when i start training again i wont be training at my regular gym ill be training at a gym near the college im going to

    do lots of cardio and core/torso work and try to eat less saturated fat.
