    6 am get up drink tea or broth (chicken or beef)
    6:30 am road work
    7 am eat break fast
    12:30 eat lunch
    6 pm drink tea and lemon befor training
    7:15 pm go home
    7:30 eat 1/2 of g****fruit
    salad and boiled meat
    8:45 walk for 15 min
    9 go to bed
    he would do 100m sprints and mix in rounds of shadow boxing for 1/2 to 2 miles
    2 rounds shadow boxing
    3 rounds sparing
    2 rounds heavy bag
    3 rounds speed bag
    2-3 rounds skipping
    2 rounds calisthenics
    (pushups,situps,chinups,leg raises and back bridges)
    5 min sauna

    Nice post. This is considered very rare.

    I wonder why he drank tea before each time he worked out?

      Metabolism i'm guessing. It also helps keep the organs clear and system fresh.
