    Whenever i think construction i think big hairy guys who are 6'3 and weigh 220 pounds. get down to feather weight.

    I'm 5'10 and i think im gonna try to weigh in for welter.
    if you were 5'5 in welter you'd get pummeled. unless you wanna get up in peoples grills.

      125 or less if you wiegh that much damn... you are getting knocked out for sure

      the less the better then move up in wieght little by little to get the title belts

          Lol i was just thinking, I'm only an inch and a bit shorter than this guy, my last fight on saturday was in the 52kg (114 lbs) weight class....I only weighed like 49kg though (108 lbs)

              eat some more chicken wings and get up to 190 you can fight at heavyweight you are almost the same size of tommy burns

                fight at watever weight you can come close to at the next fight. then if you feel like there to big and strong for you, then drop some for the next fight. just get in there n fight so u gain experience.
