    my training routine

    im trying to get some am fights this season and im going to use this as my routine so please give me tips on how to improve it.

    4x3 shadow boxing (2 rounds with weights 2 without)
    6x3 heavy bag
    3x3 skipping
    2x3 sharpening punches on speed bag or floor to ceiling ball
    situps,crunches,leg raises,v ups and hanging leg raises (as many as i can)
    i do pads and sparing at the gym and some saturdays and sundays i do weights

    my weight training routine is
    saturday
    bench press 1 set of 10, 8, 6, 4, then 2 sets of 3
    dumbell shoulder press 8,6,4
    3x8 pullups
    2x8 weighted pullups
    2x20 med ball squats
    2x20 med ball calf raises
    make 10 big clock wise circles with med ball then 10 big anti clockwise circles
