So I've started boxing, 2 sessions in and I'm loving it. Bloomin hard work but it needs to be if I want to compete (and win) this time next year.
Question for you guys though. Back in '09 I wanted to put some muscle mass on so I started mashing the weights and also started using CREATINE.
I probably used it for a year, maybe a few months more. My question is though, do you recommend I start using that now to help with muscle in boxing or is there just as much benefit in keeping it natural?
And also, what's your take on CREATINE anyway?! Do you guys class that as a bad thing to be taking or is it just classed as a natural product like Protein/Whey protein shakes et al
