i dont think bantam weight is good, i mean it depends on how much body fat you have. is you have a hell lot, then start running and lose 'em, but if you are in pretty good shape, i'd say try to lower it down to middleweight or maybe super welterweight.
I'm 163cm and I have trouble reaching Bantamweight. Yes, as said before your goals are unrealistic. Welterweight is good for your height. But we can;t really say without seeing your frame/build.
