    BANTAM weight



    Hello

    Could anyone tell me what should I do to reach the BANTAM weight?

    What shoul I do exactly every day?

    I am 175 cm Height and 73 kg wieght

    Road work
    Skipping
    Cardio work (hags/shadow boxing)
    most important.. food diet you got to eat the right food and not to much fatty/sugary stuff to gain weight

      thats allot of weiht to loseare u sure bantam weight is the right weight class for u?

        i dont think bantam weight is good, i mean it depends on how much body fat you have. is you have a hell lot, then start running and lose 'em, but if you are in pretty good shape, i'd say try to lower it down to middleweight or maybe super welterweight.

            Bantamweight is around 54kg. I think your goals are unrealistic.

              try chopping off a leg. If that doesn't work, take off an arm as well...

                I'm 163cm and I have trouble reaching Bantamweight. Yes, as said before your goals are unrealistic. Welterweight is good for your height. But we can;t really say without seeing your frame/build.
