I've always had a high metabollism. Lately I've been out of the wheelchair and hitting the gym regularly. Just today I worked out for three hours with periodic breaks. These breaks were no more than 2-3 minutes. I believe Floyd Sr. said on 24-7 Pacquiao-Hatton that he had twinkies for breakfast and then showed off his six-pack abs. Well I eat junk food too. I also don't get fat. Proper diet is one thing I've never had but will it catch up? Should I make a change? What's good?
