Yeah but in a way if you use the animal anaology the lion alpha male *** loads and then goes and kills. I think *** is good for a fighter but cut it off a couple weeks before. Going months without *** is bad. Tyson went a couple of years

Yoga is a good shout. Also, hiking, traveling, the great outdoors. Think about the likes of Jack Johnson, who used to travel all over the place taking fights, train-hopping etc.

agreed, I would take at least a couple weeks off *** before fighting Tyson. Animals fight before *** correct?

I always figured *** after a fight would help bring the adrenaline down more than using it for the anxiety before a fight... in a good way. Patience is a virtue lol.

I'm real curious as to how many amateur boxers live by that creed of celibacy before a fight. While I don't go around my club asking about peoples *** lives, I don't necessarily think the guys have thought to be abstinent from ***, or I could just not be giving them enough credit.

Lol that’s what I’m thinking, especially the old time fighters that used to fight 2-3 times a month. How long do u think is good?

While I haven't asked and they haven't told me themselves, one guy fighting in an upcoming MMA fight (he trains at our club for his boxing at least once a week) is pretty much 3-4 weeks prior shutting everything down. No drinking, smoking, partying, and I'm assuming *** too. Dunno, but after enough fights I think people know what their cutoff points are.

I find cycling to be a great hobby. I wish I could do it all year round. There is nothing better for me than riding and listening to good music. Great way to recharge and relax. And when it is cold outside, I mostly watch movies, play games, read books, or get together with friends. I agree that it is more fun when it is warm

I like reading and cooking. I enjoy baking, I’d do it more if I could give most of it away. Cookies and milk is my biggest weakness. I’ve gotten away from gaming over the last fifteen years, not that I was prolific. I still follow the industry and am more of a story based enthusiast. I used to mostly just play college football against my brother but that got cancelled… but is now back so we will see. I just got a new cpu and gpu to bring my rig up to date. Lots of good games to back log I hope. Anyone have a racing sim setup ?
