      14 now...

Think. He powerlifts and he uses strict powerlifting form with the high arch and leg strength and other stuff powerlifters do to put up the weight.

to get my forearms bigger and toner i do a few exercises. do this workout 3 times a week and you ll see a difference in 3wks. peace-

            hammer curls: 4 sets x 15 reps
reverse forearm curls: 4 sets x 15 reps
            pulls up: 5 sets x 9-11 reps

do all this with a weight that u feel comfortable lifting.

            help that helped. hollllllla.

A person of his size and age benching 315lbs is just hard to believe.
Shane Mosley weighs 154, and can bench 350.

It's more than possible, there are genetic freaks about.

Yeah, I'm not saying that all 14 year olds can get like this. But they're genetic freaks among us

I guess so, but I still think at 13 benching 315lbs is a combo of good genetics and steroids.

Actually, if someone could please link me to as many forearm exercises as possible that'd be good.
