14 now...
Think. He powerlifts and he uses strict powerlifting form with the high arch and leg strength and other stuff powerlifters do to put up the weight.

i recommend jumping rope...i dont like doing the whole wrist exercise with a dumbbell personally.

to get my forearms bigger and toner i do a few exercises. do this workout 3 times a week and you ll see a difference in 3wks. peace-
hammer curls: 4 sets x 15 reps
reverse forearm curls: 4 sets x 15 reps
pulls up: 5 sets x 9-11 reps
do all this with a weight that u feel comfortable lifting.
help that helped. hollllllla.

A person of his size and age benching 315lbs is just hard to believe.
Shane Mosley weighs 154, and can bench 350.
It's more than possible, there are genetic freaks about.

I guess so, but I still think at 13 benching 315lbs is a combo of good genetics and steroids.
