      I really couldn't give a **** less about blu ray, dvd technology, and all the other crap Sony threw into the PS3 that makes it more of a multimedia device than a video game console.

        WTF? Almost all the reviews i have seen say that its a very good player and is better than many stand alone players in the PS3 Price range. The PS3 is the better system stop making BS up to make it look like it isn't. If the PS3 was the same price as the 360 which do you think would sell more?

          If the PS3 and 360 were the same price, no doubt the PS3 would be outselling the 360 because of the blu ray player alone.

          But to a dude like myself, who just cares about games, the PS3 is loaded with a bunch of **** I don't need/won't use.

          But that's just me.

                They wouldn't be selling it at a loss if they didn't have to jampack it with a bunch of features that make it more of a multimedia tool than a video game console.

                I'm damned in this Generation. The 360's have a great library of cool games, but will likely blow up and/or burn my house down. And the PS3 is more reliable but has only 2 games I want to play, and is loaded with **** I'll never use.

                The Wii isn't even an option.

                Here's hoping the next generation is better.

                    They will always be cheap.

                    I had three 360's and all failed..

                    Its a gaming device, but it fails.. I had my PS3 for 2 years already. No problems. If ima get another 360... Im going to hack it.
