Got to get an nvidia card since Batman doesn't have a hack to get physx to work with ati cards. Plus, I was never a fan of ati cards. I had one before and I didn't like it, it only played good on ati based games like Half-life 2. Maybe I'm crazy but I could have sworn the color and overall textures of Half-life 2 looked a billion times better only on ati cards...

Also who ever created physx is a ****** since it uses so much cpu and gpu power. Its dumb as hell since all that happens is a little more smoke effects, leaves moving around when you walk over them, papers on the ground moving around a bit more, a little tiny bit more electrical effects... And cob webs now move, kind of ****** if you ask me.. I mean these effects are cool looking just for effects, but it shouldn't take a ridiculous great computer to have these special effects. Red faction guerilla had better Physics in my opinion and I can run that **** easily on 1920x resolution.

phsx uses your cpu and allows you to donate one of your cores entirely to physics. at least thats what i've heard. The video card might not have a huge bearing on physics.

BTW a powerful CPU is more important these days, you will need a good gpu but if you have a ****ty processer youll be crippled!

My processor isn't bad, its brand new and was just released. A ****ty processor is what my old amd athlon 3500 was, my new processoer amd athlon II 250 3ghz dual processor just came out and is a pretty good processor.

Yeah its a good cpu, dont worry too much about the card, anything over 200 should be good, but check some reviews first as some cards are oddly under-powered for their price.
