    Is Xbox360 Arcade too small?

I was wondering if I should buy a Xbox360 Arcade or is it too small to play games because it has about 256mb. Any opinions?

256MB is fine for game saves if you only have 20 or so games, but if you have more and want to download demos and DLC then you should get the 20gb hard drive.

I have an arcade 360, it was over 6 months before I needed to buy a HD for it.

A friend of mine bought it and later regret it. After a while you'll miss not being able to download demo's, arcade games and you can only do a limited amount of saves. Not worth it IMO.

Never really planned on downloading demos since they usually last 4mins which is a waste so its all good, thanks for information

But also keep in mind DLC and patches. If you play FNR4, CoD (series), Fallout, Grand theft Auto, etc etc.....All of those games have DLC such as map packs and expansions.

In this generation of gaming HDD's have become virtually mandatory.

I do that too, but not to keep the system cool it's so i don't have to listen to the noise of the disc tray, the 360 is ****ing loud.

If you ever play Guitar Hero, you can put the mic next to the 360, and the game registers it as singing because it's so loud

they couldn't make the disc tray any louder if they tried.

If you're not bothered about Xbox LIVE and just want the system to play games then you'll be fine.
