Penalty system is the same as fifa world cup 2010, basically when the little thingy is moving u hold down b and it fills the bars for you power and when you guy kicks it hold the left stick to the right or left, not all the way tho a bit before all way and u should make it, well atleast that's how I make them.

Left stick basically moves him around the net, when they r about to shoot hold left and right stick all the way to the left or right for him to dive or don't touch anything if u think he's gunna shoot in the middle
