    PSA: Stop pre-ordering games!

It only hurts the consumers, and if we don't want to keep getting glitched out, garbage, incomplete, buggy as fk games then we need to stop incentivising this practice by not giving these douchebags money to take chunks out of a game then give it to you as "something extra a reward". Paying for something you don't even know if its worth buying it's crazy enough as it is, but being rewarded for it by being slapped in the face is ludicrous.

Do yourself a favor when it comes to games the reviews come out the day of, or even a day or two before release read em first then make a decision, do not pre-order. Don't get me wrong if its a console that will run out in 2 seconds or some special edition crap that scalpers will try to buy up to resell at 5 times the price by all means pre-order that ****.

But when it comes to games in this day and age that they can be bought a thousand different ways the same day without fear of them running out, do us all a favor, and stop supporting and rewarding mediocrity, forking out money early has turned into giving them a license to puke out incomplete buggy glitched as fk micro transaction riddled games. Agreed?

I regret Pre ordering call of duty and fifa 15.

Destiny has been the best purchase I've made in a while.

I pre order every AAA game that comes out. Regardless of ratings. I also am a huge fan of buying DLC, even if the DLC is already on the disc. Additionally, micro transactions are awesome. I often spend hundreds of dollars on a game to level up faster.

Well the commercial said it was 10/10 and 5-stars from companies I've never read from or heard of.. why would I not pre-order it?

Is Destiny actually any good? All reviews I've read seem to **** on it.

I haven't played it but going from in-person reviews from co-workers, it sounds addictive. If you like Borderlands you'll probably like Destiny.

At work, cutting into a Destiny conversation after hearing some similarities to BL:

Me: Wait a minute, don't tell me there are also "legendary weapons?
                  Co-workers: Yeah.
Me: Do you level up your player and have something called "skill trees"?
                  CW: Basically, that's the concept.
Me: Do you "farm" bosses and enemies to get the rarest weapons in the game?
                  CW: Yep.
Me: Do you have different "classes" of players you can choose from?
CW: Yeah, there's Hunter, (blah blah blah)
Me: There's Hunter in Borderlands 1 and 2 too.
Me: Is there something called "loot" in Destiny?
                  CW: Yeah.

Destiny pretty much was influenced entirely by Borderlands. I wonder if Bungie have give any props to Gearbox. They should, I mean they pretty much Adrien Broner'd Borderlands. Only that Destiny is actually a good biter of Borderlands while Broner fails at being a Mayweather 2.0.

                    I honestly can't remember the last time I pre-ordered a game. Hmm, maybe NBA2K10
