GhostofLunchmeat pretending he ain’t a bigot!

It’s a defence mechanism to combat his secret desire to have a thick vascular and unapologetically ethnic penis in his laughing gear.

I see Asian males there and none of them are fighting back or even trying to help. I have no sympathy for them.

You allow somebody to walk all over you then that’s on you.

His is likely their first experience with this sort of aggression. Coming from a civilized society and household, they probably never had to deal with this in their lives. Now they know that passivity gets them nowhere. They likely aren’t Koreans or this would have played out much differently.

A Manhattan judge on Monday tossed a lawsuit brought by an Asian NYPD detective against a man who spewed racist slurs at him — saying while the tirade was “obscene,” it counts as constitutionally protected free speech.

Det. Vincent Cheung brought the complaint, then believed to be the first of its kind, , who was caught in a 10-minute video calling Cheung a “goddamn cat eater” and asking if he was “going to Judo chop him.”

“The video speaks volume,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shlomo Hagler said during a virtual hearing Monday of the March 11, 2021 incident. “The obscenities, the diatribes, the hateful and obscene words were said, there is no doubt to that.”

“Such conduct should be condemned and has no place in a civil society,” Hagler continued.

But in dismissing Cheung’s suit, the jurist acknowledged that the US Supreme Court has held that even hate speech is free speech protected under the First *********.

This is the “sweet” creative producer who wasafter she was followed inside her Chinatown apartment.

Christina Yuna Lee, 35, was named by cops late Sunday as the victim of the break-in and attack in Chrystie Street after surveillance footage caught the suspect sneaking in behind her at around 4:30 a.m.

She had come from New Jersey and had been in the sixth-floor apartment less than a year, the building’s owner told The Post Sunday.

“Such a sweet girl,” the building’s owner told The Post.

Lee was a Rutgers University graduate and worked as a senior creative producer at digital music platform Splice, the company confirmed to The Post.

“Over the weekend our beloved Christina Lee was senselessly murdered in her home,” the company said in a tribute

Interesting that "hate speech" is now a form of free speech.

Look at this guy who murdered a 77 year old man over a racial slur. He was only sentenced to two years house arrest. Imagine that...

Florida Dunkin’ employee who fatally punched customer over racial slur sentenced to house arrest

A Dunkin’ employee in Tampa, Florida, who used a racial slur against him last year, was sentenced to two years of house arrest after pleading guilty to felony battery.

Corey Pujols, 27, was ordered by a Tampa judge on Monday to complete 200 hours of community service and attend an anger management course.

Tampa police said the incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. May 4 at the Dunkin’ location at 410 S. 50th Street.

According to court records, the customer, Vonelle Cook, 77, who was white, had gone through the drive-thru to order coffee and was angry over the lack of service. While in the drive-thru, Dunkin’ employees had trouble hearing him, and he started to yell at them about poor service.

Employees told Cook, a regular at the establishment, to leave, but he parked his car, walked inside, and was aggressive and verbally abusive toward employees, prosecutors said.

Pujols asked a co-worker to call the police, leading to an argument between him and Cook, FOX 13 Tampa Bay .

When Pujols, who is black, asked Cook to leave, police said Cook called him a racial slur.
Police said Vonelle Cook (above) called Corey Pujols a racial slur during an altercation at a Florida Dunkin’.Florida Department of Law Enforcement
Pujols then walked around the counter and asked Cook not to call him that slur again, but when Cook did, Pujols punched him in the jaw, according to the station.

Cook fell and hit his head on the floor. He was taken to the hospital, where he died three days later.

An autopsy showed that he suffered a skull fracture and brain contusions.

Pujols had initially been charged with aggravated manslaughter following the incident. Prosecutors accepted a plea deal from Pujols, who agreed to plead guilty to the lesser charge of felony battery, according to FOX 13.
