They also tax us too much. Hiring sucks because so much money goes to Uncle Sam. If Sam wants me to pay better he should give some of his cut up.
I think there's a lot of focus on big companies, which is fair because they are who is hiring most y'all, but as you make laws for big companies it kind of ****s everyone who isn't massive. I realize there's meant to be a separation between corporations and LLCs by size, we do say small business and big business and we have different tax brackets, but, small is who is getting eff'd when people make regulations intended for big business. I have to have all the licensing and red tape they do. I have to manage all the employee rights they do. The only thing that really makes it different is I can't afford the loopholes.
Hell, just patents alone is a mess. If a young man has a good idea he best to take it online. Don't get a patent, that just teaches patent trolls how to make your ****. Do not get a loan because that just shares the market potential of your idea. Just make it and sell it. Don't even become a proper company until you have to. Because there's big business everywhere and they will steal your idea and beat you with their money. I can't afford to watch patents be filed then go make the **** anyway and sue the original creator for infringement knowing I have **** all case but they have **** all money. Bigger folks can though and I tend to believe the stories I've been told by others who had their ideas stolen. Soon as I did get patents I got counterfeits to contend with so when other people tell me they had their idea strongarmed away from them I do believe them. I didn't file for a patent until a decade after my company had been a legal above board company.
All because loopholes. Big guys get them, small guys get shafted by them. I don't think many small business can hire a decent wage.
