Reason i ask is cause it’s 6.50am here in the uk and I still haven’t gone to sleep.
My sleeping pattern for the past month and a half has been going to sleep around 5-6am and waking up at 2-3pm, it’s completely messed up.
Is this bad for my health? I like going sleep late.
