    What is your sleeping pattern?

    Reason i ask is cause it’s 6.50am here in the uk and I still haven’t gone to sleep.

    My sleeping pattern for the past month and a half has been going to sleep around 5-6am and waking up at 2-3pm, it’s completely messed up.

    Is this bad for my health? I like going sleep late.

    My posting habits would indicate that I don't even know what sleep is. Pacific time zone (11:11pm currently) and I'm often here chopping it up with the international folk.

    As long as you're getting sufficient sleep I don't think it's that bad for you. Then again it's probably not that great to be messing around with the ol' circadian rhythm.

      I think as long as you get sleep of 6-8 hours you're fine.

      I work 4pm to 2:30am. I get to sleep before 4am and wake up 7am to drive kids to school. then take a nap from 9am to 12nn.

      kinda sucks that it's not the normal time but I gotta do what I gotta do.

        I'm in the UK too and couldn't sleep before 3am What worked for me was keeping my phone downstairs and only using the Kindle (the new version has blue light filter built into it) at night as a reading device.

            Got a solid 3 hours before waking up to make kids lunch for school and ****ting my insides out due to the ****y addition of some habanero peppers I grew to a pizza last night...

              I work 9A-5P Mon-Fri. Sleep patterns depends on if my girl is working or not. If shes off, we are usually in bed by 11-11:30. If she's working Im usually in bed by 10:30 and waking up at 7:30A no matter what.

                Usually up around 6

                sometimes I’ll wake up at 3 or 4 am goof off for an hour or two

                then go back to bed

                and up at 7 or 8

                I’ll be out till 4 or 5 am and still wake up by 8

                don’t understand sleeping in

                  I go to sleep when I want and wake up when I want. It's not all that it is cracked up to be.........Rockin'

                    When I was boxing my sleeping pattern was on the go. Wake up, boxing training, sleep, work, school,. Rest, get some if you could find some................Rockin'
