It's just clickbait because all she's saying is be nice but don't be a pushover essentially. Anyone with integrity should know these things, though there are people who get caught up in the vicious cycle of people-pleasing. They'll eventually figure it out the hard way after being brutally taken advantage of because they're often so caught up worrying everyone will like them they never listen to good advice.

Well, I watched the video since I was curious wtf it was about. She just says to be kind, not nice. That's what I meant by synonyms. Nice to her means you are a doormat, but being kind means having boundaries etc.
