This is one thing the UK does much better than the U.S.

Citizen Cobra was saying how the UK NHS was urging everyone hard and often to live healthier lifestyles to lower their risk of getting bad covid.

You won't see Fauci or the CDC do this.

It's a big difference between the U.S. and Europe, the U.S. government wants its citizens to be fat or doesn't care.
Of course.. cause most of these politicians are in bed with these corporations

Companies such as Pfizer/Insert any big pharma company make bank off people being sick

Companies like Nestle/Fast food chains make bank of addictive junk food

If people are healthy and eating right.. = less people in hospital/using drugs/eating junk.. aka not good for the bank balance of these politicians/companies.. so ofc the govt wont push for healthy living because they don't REALLY care about you.. IF they really wanted to they could have done it during this covid pandemic.. were it became obvious VERY quickly that it affected obese people worse.. doubly so if your obese AND old like Tonyge

NOW having said that.. it's peoples own responsibility to look after themselves in terms of diet/exercise.. IDK why the govt would need to hold their hands and tell them what not to eat and do.. especially with all the information out there now days which is a click away at anytime.. Also if people actually did this and looked after themselves the supposed "NEED" for free healthcare would dramatically decrease

I don't know any fit and healthy 70 year olds dying of covid. Most old people are, sadly, in poor health because of a lifetime of bad decisions. It catches up to you when you get old along with the aging process. A Fat 70 year old who smoked all his life is much more at risk than a 70 year old that does triathlons and thats a fact.

People need to get out of the mentality "oh I'm 70 so I can't do it, everything hurts and I'm old" to believing in the impossible. Negativity and fear has destroyed this country. Death is inevitable but that doesn't mean you have to live the last 20 years of your life in a nursing home and unable to walk.

Look at this ****ing clown pretending he looks at data and knows everything

Hey buddy the VAST majority of covid deaths are people with a bunch of comorbidites.. most of which are in most cases directly related to poor life decisions such as diet/lack of exercise

Spoiler: The longer your alive.. the more these poor choices add up.. the more likely you are to get a bunch of them.. such as obesity, heart issues, diabetes etc

There is no data proving your point, find me a study showing that an obese 70 year old who smoked, drank, didn't exercise, and ate like **** all his life is no more likely to suffer complications from covid than a 70 year old who runs, lifts weights, and eats a healthy diet. I guarantee you you can't do it.

This is the facts right here and this is the reason old people are dying from covid. Most, not all, but most are suffering from a lifetime of poor choices.

the worst thing is these people think they have done something amazing receiving 3 jabs, i see people writing 'well done' on social media when they see someone receiving it. if the jab is so great, why arent they fighting to ensure that people in poorer countries can get at least one? its ****ed up that a 25 year old athlete has 3 jabs (soon to be 4) and an elderly lady in a poorer country hasnt had any, yet those who have had their jabs dont seem to care. and they call the unvaccinated selfish lol, am i such a bad person cause i dont feel i need it and that someone else who wants it can have mine instead?

The need for any health care would decrease free or paid. There is no free health care by the way. Someone pays but everyone should be covered. Universal health care is a basic human right IMO. Right now the US is in a good position if they decide that everyone will be covered for medical expenses. There are numerous types out there. Taking a look at what other countries do that have already gone through the mistakes and problems of implementation is a huge plus if the US decided to go that route.

A lot of vaccinated people agree with you. I'm one and I'm sure there are others on this forum that feel the same way. Just because a person is vaccinated doesn't mean they are in love with Phrama. There is a free vaccine being developed right now in Texas that looks promising is cheap to make and the best part there is no patent. It's also based on proven techniques that have been used for years. It is not a mRNA vaccine Any country with the technical know how can make it. If other countries get their vaccination rates up this mess will end sooner and with less casualties.
Dr Maria Bottazzi says their vaccine, called Corbevax, is unique because they do not intend to patent it
