not sure what happened to tapes but hes been saying over and over again that he never pulled the trigger and it turns out he lied... i always said there was more to this than was said at the time

There’s a bunch of gun experts familiar with that exact model gun who said it is impossible to fire that gun without pulling the trigger. It was most likely set to single action which causes a hair trigger. Don’t need much pull at all to fire it. He was careless and should have checked to see if it was loaded with blanks or live rounds. He will get away with it though, just like everything else this elitist Hollywood scumbag gets away with.

He's lying. He pointed the gun at the girl, pulled the trigger and killed the girl. That's what happened. He has a bad anger management problem and a hatred for those who view things differently that him.

what i dont get is why its considered crazy that he did it deliberately.... how many women are murdered by men each year yet when the golden boy of hollywood point blank shoots someone dead and noone has a clue how the bullet got in there its beyond the realms of possibility that it was a crime done on purpose. his behaviour afterwards has been extremely erratic and suspect too. are we really meant to believe the bullet just crawled itself into the gun and it went off by itself when it was in baldwins hand.... even if that was the case why the hell was that piece of **** pointing it at that woman in the first place!!!!
