Police are saying that the four Bicyclists were planning some type of robbery that would have netted them some big bucks. This is based on a friend of theirs who had been invited to participate in what he was told was a "Lick" that would result in plenty of money to go around. Fortunately for the friend he wasn't interested. Larry, this isn't racial issue, it's a morality issue and that is an issue with all races.

Looks like to me that these guys got caught, executed and dismembered. My bet is that illegal drugs or drug money and criminal minds rule the day, not race.
