Don't get me wrong, it was never a pinnacle of YouTube or anything like that, but you could have the odd laugh with one or two, even if it was just taking the piss out of how **** it was.

But I tried watching one now and those ****ing ****s talk so much it's like a commentary team on DAZN.

I watched one the other day about people ****ing up on TV shows or something, and instead of SHOWING US and letting us see for ourselves, it was just ****s talking over it.

They're annoying as ****. The premise is simple. A top ten list of something, but they over-explain and interject before each clip, and in the worst way possible where it's void of humour or wit.

It's like call centers:

"Hello, I'm phoning about my direct debit. I cancelled it in March 2021, but it appears a payment was paid in May 2022, can you explain why this payment was made after I cancelled it?"

"Thank you, sir as I'm understanding it you have a direct debit with us. I can definitely help you with that. I just need date of direct debit cancellation please?"

I'm sure they've got WORSE though, haven't they? It was always a **** channel, but now it's unwatchable.


As for cold calls, the worst one I had was one of those "we've heard you've been in an accident" ones. When I said I hadn't, I just kept getting "So when did this accident take place?" Then she even tried to argue with me, going "It says on our system...."

I did wanna say it had taken my legs off and I was a cripple, but I couldn't be bothered.

Interesting coincidence, considering there was a running gag a couple seasons ago on Curb Your Enthusiasm where women in LA kept mistaking him for Harvey Weinstein. If they ever do another season, I wonder if Jeff will still be Larry's agent and friend or if he'll have a different agent.
