I used to also but now it's nice to see Patriotism and appreciation of service.

Also, to me guys like Beer really deserve the thank you. He enlisted infantry after 9/11. That's hardcore

To be honest, if I wouldn't have Enlisted I strongly feel I would've been incarcerated. Oddly enough, I think PTSD would've come either way.

As you know I was a C.O. at a U.S.P. but what you (all) don't know is why I am no longer a C.O...

Long story short I beat up another Correctional Officer on duty. Of course there's much more to the story but I don't want to seem as if I'm bragging bcuz it was a low point in my life. It's when I realized I needed help. I am very lucky to be where I am today...

I got into it with a staff one time when I was in USP Atwater. I was on my way to dinner drunk and I had a bag of that white lightning with me. I wanted to share it with the boys while we had dinner. On the way to the chow hall, I was stopped by one of the CO, he asked me to get up against the wall so he can search me, I knew once I get caught I'm going straight to the hole so I thought, buck it! If I'm going to the hole, imma make it count, so I pretended to put my hands on the wall but then turned around and clocks the guard and dropped him! After that, I was rushed by 3 other CO's, they beat the crap out me, tied me up and threw me in the hole for 4 months with just a mattress and nothing else. Moral of the story, do not attack CO's.
