I stand by my 'mixed feelings' assessment. That is, I'm glad to see a fellow American released from a hell hole Russian prison, but disappointed in what we gave up to achieve this. Calling it a Pyrrhic victory is probably too generous.

Griner is a man. Han anyone ever seen Griner without a shirt? That’s a man.
There were news reports yesterday saying ***** had his choose between the prisoners and choose Griner. If true that’s problem.
I am glad Griner is out but if he comes back as a hero/victim I am going to have a healthy dislike for him. He should do nothing but apologize fir all of the trouble ( probably future deaths ) he caused but that is not the way the left will look at it.

I'll be the first to say, that this trade off has political agenda written all over it. While I want to hate everything BG stands for politically, I am happy she has been reunited with her family. At the end of the day she is a human being regardless of her views, and she didn't deserve the sentence bestowed upon her. With that being said, it's also unfathomable there are other American's being held in Russia for a much longer time that also deserve to come home. Releasing Bout in a 1 for 1 exchange for a person that had a little bit of Mary J is crazy. It should have been every single American released in exchange for Bout. This guy is an evil human being with no regard for human life. BG just wanted to get high. Huge difference.
