A lot of countries are no longer using or basing anything on the U.S. dollar. They are using their own currency or China's. We printed so much money in the last two years it's becoming worthless. That's why the Federal Digital Payment system is being implemented in July. They'll eventually use it to develop a social credit score for Americans as they track everything we purchase electronically.

followed China's lead and cucked out by locking down the economy
short-term gain for long-term pain
what did it achieve. Make pharma richer? funding politicians?
Had the US stayed open for business like usual it would have widened the gap between the American and Chinese economy
and increase America's chances in a possible war with China

The exchange rate by itself tells you nothing- you'd need to know how the exchange rate has changed over time to do a meaningful compariuson. The stability figures you've linked but not posted are actually far more pertinent.
