STFU and practise some gratitude if you have roof over your head.
STFU comparing yourself to others.
STFU talking about doing better and actually do it.
Be a monster. An absolute monster, understand how bad a person you can truly be then learn how to control it. it’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.
