    Why is it always poor people that love capitalism ?

    I don't get it ?

    I live in a country that has a 47% maximum tax rate yet I don't have a problem with it.

    I'd happily pay more, as it us I take home $75k so why should I care ?

    Maybe if you tried a little harder you could afford to to pay tax and could stop crying about helping those less fortunate.

    "Capitalism" per se has nothing to do with the taxation system...

    (I would remind you that there doesn't exist any economic system other than "capitalism"... "Socialism" is a form of "state-owned capitalism"...)

      Then why are you all so greedy?

      I mean what's wrong with paying tax?

        Most poor people dont like capitalism but they should.

        Capitalism and a small limited government benefits the middle class the most

        Socialism and a big government benefits the very wealthy who are politically connected

          Who is talking about greed? Capitalism isnt about greed. In capitalism you can do whatever you want with your money. If you want to give all your money to the poor you can do that.

          Socialism is about being FORCED to give your money to the government.

          It has nothing to do about greed or helping people. It has to do with LIBERTY

              But keeping all "your " money for yourself is greeDy.

              Capitalism assumes everyone starts at the same place, which just isn't realistic.

              Why should I cover the unfortunate while others don't? I'm happy to of course but isn't it For that we all help out?

                But you dont have to keep all your money for yourself. In capitalism you are free to do whatever you want. If you want to help the poor you can do that. If you like paying taxes you can give all your money to government.

                In socialism you are forced to give your money to government even when you dont like what they do with it

                capitalism = freedom
                socialism = tyranny
