That's not what it means, but i am damn sure i can't change your mind otherwise. Anyway, what affirmative action is, is that there is a black quota to fill, to reverse discrimination. If a white person and black person are equal in terms of everything, including grades, you have to pick the black person until the quota is fill. Based on your logic, Universities would never have whites and asians, only blacks.
