    It's mostly Bumpy Johnson's crew battling it out with italian Mafia. with Malcolm X and Adam Clayton Powel mixed in. Like I wrote pretty damn good with lots of skullduggery. Has young Cassius Clay too trying to stay out of mob’s control. Good drama thru 8 eps, just don’t ask Hollywood for accuracy per usual.
    nice really wanted to see it but that was the only thing holding me back the "propaganda"

    by the way is this on par with Peaky Blinders?

            To those calling it overrated, it scored a 69% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 59% on Metacritic. It’s overall ratings are very low. Overrated isn’t an appropriate label for this movie. If anything it could be underrated and was unfairly panned by critics.

            I disagree with critics ratings, due to the fact that they bombed the movie due to the mental health elements of it. I agree with audience scores of 89% on RT, and 9.2/10 on Metacritic. It was an enjoyable, and entertaining movie and I liked seeing the character development, which is always hard on films due to their relatively short length.

            I will def add it to my 4k BR collection.

              I know what you mean, but it wouldn't have made any money lol. The film is about to go past a Billion. It wouldn't have really been an original anyway as the movie is pretty much a mash up of Taxi driver and King of comedy. It works though, excellent movie.

                I thought it was pretty good, not great. I was expecting more because of the buzz I'd heard via word of mouth.

                Joaquin Phoenix was in fine form though.
