    [PLEASE HELP] 3 Days Fasting

    my fast begins late at 12AM. anyone here who have done this?

    i had a good healthy meal during dinner. i got an hour and 45 minutes til 12am. any suggestions if i should drink green juice or chocolate milk (lol) before it begins? or just water?

    I did it for 20 days once. Usually every month I'll do a 2 or 3 day fast and probably once a year a 10+ days. You can also do intermittent fasting if you lack the will power. I would suggest a water fast. If you're drinking juice or milk, it really defeats the purpose.

    I would suggest doing a 1 day fast first or start with an intermittent one.

      i been doing intermittent fast for a week to get myself ready for the 3 day fast.

      just wanted to know if there's a certain liquid drink i can take before it starts later at 12AM.

      but i will be on water fast only for the 3 days.

        I've been fasting the last 2 weeks the best thing is water when I eat I drink lots of water to fill up before during and after eating .Stay away from sugar it kills the metabolism juice is the worst thing for it I think .Low carbs high protein plenty of water .

          I do Intermittent Fasting (IF)

          If it becomes unbearable after my window closes, I'll eat peanuts.

          All i can say is it works

            You're supposed to drink electrolytes if you do longer fasts. The Snake Diet guy on YouTube recommends his "Snake Juice."
