Teeth Whitening is a must

Im on my third day and my teeth is getting sparkly already, no joke.

It�s not like i have yellow teeth but as a heavy smoker, i needed a touchup so im on it.

Nowadays especially in America, you gotta have white teeth man.

I noticed how Brits and australians dont give a *** about clean teeth though. U guys dont mind yellow teeth or what?

They do work, teeth definitely whitened, but couldn't use them after 5-7 days as teeth were too sensitive to them.

I use limes and baking Soda. I used to use strips, but my gums would get sensitive..

I think if you have a really good mouth cleaning routine it keeps them white without the whitener. I read a book called "The Oral Health Bible" that was pretty much like spending an hour with your dentist just getting lectured on all the things to do for your mouth. I added tongue scraping and Hydroflossing daily to my routine after reading that book. Then I use exclusively Sensodyne Pronamel with my Sonicaire toothbrush twice per day, and also floss daily. My visits to the dentist are always quick and painless b/c very little cleaning is required!

Unfortunately, a life filled with espresso has left my teeth looking a little yellow! Any hints and tips for teeth whitening? I was thinking of using the dentist, but the price is ?99. Home kits cost between ?0 and ?0. Has anyone had any experience, and more importantly success with either of these?

I have at least 3 or 4 crowns, so the colors would never match up.

Ive tried both and home kits work just as good. Lots of options these days. Some people have sensitive gums and teeth so I wouldnt want to recommend any brand in particular, but Crest 3D works for me. You have to use the treatment consistently though as directed.

I go to the dentist and he applies his own whitening gel. It’s expensive, and I can’t drink coffee or green tea.
