That is simply impossible because of all the genres involved.
There is no rocker, rapper, funkster, punkster who comes close to Hank Williams/Patsy Cline if talking country music. Nobody sings bluegrass like Bill Monroe. Who can out jazz Ella Fitzgerald? Lounge/bar crooning....Frank Sinatra, rockabilly....Elvis. Western swing...Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys. Prewar Mississippi Delta blues....Robert Johnson, and on and on.....
As we all know what Bob Dylan does is totally different than what Neil Diamond does, both are great at what they do.
Freddie Mercury, Chris Cornell, Eddie Vedder all known for their vocal prowess, but the music of Joe ****er, Dr.John, Leon Russell just as successful but different.
I want 1950's rock and roll....Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Bo Diddey, Big Joe Turner, all those girl vocal groups, all those Doowop vocal groups. No on Ernest Tubb, Lefty Frizzell, Roy Acuff. Chicago blues, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Jimmy Reed, not British rock bands.
But.........being music is all about mood, right now if I could listen to anyone sing a song......
