This public park right up the road from the beach pic I posted has lots of people out strolling around everyday, eating lunch, gazing at the ocean or whatever. I mean obviously if there were a group activity like a birthday party or something like that, the cops would bust it up.



I just don't get why the cops have such a problem with beaches. There is a zero tolerance for anyone trying to cross that sand.
