My next goal in life is to become a millionaire. This thread will mark my goal of where I'm at now vs where I aspire to be in the next 10 years as I'll look back on this thread.

This thought prompted me to ask myself, what's my net worth.

What's net worth you may ask? Net worth is the value of all the non-financial and financial assets owned by an institutional unit or sector minus the value of all its outstanding liabilities.

Now, one can look at real estate as an asset or liability. It depends on how you look at it.

Anyway, at this point in my life, my net worth is $373,200.

My goal in 10 years is to be a millionaire. Let's see how it turns out.

I have a morgage of 1.4 million on a 2 million property.

So that is 600k plus land to be developed worth about 100k after all expenses. Cars... 2 Rvs, etc about 60k and cash about 50k

So I guess I am at around 7-8k or so.

If you take into account all my property and inheritances, I'm worth about 4.2m on the low end.

My actual bank account right now? I can't even say lol

Right before the outbreak I had invested a lot of capital and my businesses had a lot of potential, but the status on my income right now is pending.

My estimate is based on my properties. 3 commercial buildings, 10 acre riceland, a 600 square meter residential lot, a 1200 square meter commercial lot and one 80 acre fish farm, and one 20 acre fish farm.

Edit: I edited my post because the fish farm is under my dad's name, but I forgot that it's still going to go to me so I just included it in my own net worth lol
