Do you know of any that will allow me to watch it at my house and allow my father in law to watch it at his house too?

Not sure what you mean, Prime has never asked me for a MAC address.

I think they only do so that they charge me $7.50 every month, I honestly don't think that you can pay it on your own, pretty sure they only do reccuring charge.
