they dont need to be.. i've owned my fair share of mercedes and bmw's... although they were never the top end models, no AMGs, etc.. but those cars were crap!! especially bmw's!!
i will give mercedes more credit, but BMW's? i will never buy one again, unless i have money to throw away.
and for BMW's and mercedes, you have to buy the top model (looking at $40k+) to get the good options, the rest comes with basic axx shiiet! where as for a honda, you go and buy a 2010 honda accord even the lowest model will come decked out with all the options available, you will not be able to get this for a 2010 mercedes and bmw.
You may have that perception because for the past 5-7 years BMW really lowered their leasing cost for vehicles, making them accessible to a way bigger audience than their competitors, which is why you’ll see so many more BMW’s on the road compared to Benz or Audi. They wanted to beat the comp.
But now BMW is in a hole due to that strategy. Tough one at that.
They’re also less expensive than their co petition which obviously plays a big factor.
nah... lex were some high end quality cars back in the day... it only became a females car a few years ago when all the rich asian parents bought all their daughters lexus.. rappers used to rap about lexus! lol.
Yeah man, I drive a lot so the GT isn't really practical for me. I drive everyday for work and I take 2-3 hour drives to LA/San Bernardino a few times a month on weekends.
My car gets nearly 30mpg and has 310 horsepower. Pretty good deal.
