baking IS difficult, cuz it's not like cooking. in baking, u can;t improvise, u have to follow the exact directions and ingredients, where as when you just cook something you can add or delete ingredients and change things here and there to suit your taste. i, personally, love bread. so if i am going to have a big healthy salad. might as well enjoy it in a warm, fesh baked bread bowl. lol! quite yummy

my younger brother worked in a bike shop for YEARS. he loved it. he used to ride professionally before going to law school and becoming a lawyer. here, i believe they have different categories for your level od expertise. he was like the level right below olympic (good enough for the olympics)
