            It's a good one, Mickey, but I'd like a pic with more emphasis on his facial features and expressions. Give Herman a bit of character. Make him real, you know. That pic is a bit cardboard cut out looking. Alt making is a tricky business, we've gotta make sure we get it right. It's a bleeding art so it is.
