Yves Edwards to fight in Shooto

Fresh off his dominating victory at UFC 43 over Eddie Ruiz, and the birth of his son the next day, Yves Edwards is headed to Japan to fight in Shooto. Edwards will be facing 5th ranked Tatsuya Kawajiri on August 10 in Kanagawa, Japan.

Also on the card are three championship bouts.

I hate the US. It's the year 2003, why in the hell can I not see this stuff.

Also, Yves Edwards deserves a shot at the UFC LW title in my eyes. I know he has some losses, but they are against the best. And I really think he has improved immensely in the past year. And he's pretty exciting to watch fight. I'd like to see him get a shot at Uno or Serra again.
