Which type of punch is most likely to KO someone a boxing punch or this one

Ok those russians are clever so dont dismiss it as a girly slap just yet.

Now this would never make a good body strike because it has no bone structure behind it no solidness, but it MAY be superior for causing a knockout, simply because it reaches higher speeds than a boxing punch and its the speed and power that causes the brain to spin inside the skull not having the elbow bent at 90 degrees ie a solid bone structure.

So my question is what is more likely to shut the brain off and why?
