[HOLY S**T!] Nick Diaz doping violation

The UFC organization has been notified that the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has informed Nick Diaz of a potential Anti-Doping Policy violation stemming from Diaz’s alleged accumulation of three Whereabouts Failures within a 12-month period. Diaz, like all other UFC athletes, is enrolled in USADA’s UFC Registered Testing Pool and required to file accurate Whereabouts information in order to be located for out-of-competition, no-notice testing.

USADA, the independent administrator of the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, will handle the results management and appropriate adjudication of Diaz’s case, who has been provisionally suspended pending the final resolution of this matter. Under the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, there is a full and fair legal process that is afforded to all athletes before any sanctions are imposed. Additional information will be provided at the appropriate time as the process moves forward.

I think Nick just doesn't give a f#ck about things he thinks are kinda silly & this tell the USADA where you are at 24/7/365 thing is some overbearing sh^t that makes no sense to him.

Nick is like semi-done anyways, if he fights again I'll watch but IDK if Nick even knows if he wants to fight anymore.

If this is such a problem, then just have him fight in a state where weed is legal.

Its not really about weed. Its about him not telling the USADA where he's at when its testing time. This is the same reason Cam Awesome got suspended as an amateur & that guy is just a vegan who's got issues with overbearing authority figures too I think.

And as I recall it weed isn't even something they test for anymore out of competition so this is purely a where the f#ck is Nick Diaz "violation".

To the point of fighting in weed friendly states that doesn't even help you with WADA rules which don't allow a certain amount of THC being in your system in competition regardless of the state laws on weed.

Although I did hear the USADA guy on Rogan's podcast or some other podcast a year or two ago suggesting that that could be something that is challengeable its just that no one has challenged it thus far.

Then they should just make weed legal, since it's not performance enhancing and leave these guys the hell alone.
