None of us know what’s in the contract. Doesn’t look like they will ever come to terms which is unfortunate for fans and the sport. Crawford was offered a plan-B for a lucrative fight he should win rather easily.

Going forward I would like to see a Spence v Thurman fight. Let’s see what Thurman has left once and for all. A win over Thurman gives Spence more negotiating leverage than a win over Avanesyan.

There is always a chance Spence/Crawford happens at 154. Charlo won’t fight either of them so he will start dropping belts one by one just like Taylor.

Now we know why- This dude was making another fight with a lesser opponent...It's been the case for the longest for Crawford- fight lesser competition and get that big pay day. Less risk for more reward. It was the mantra at TR.

At the end of the day, the truth has come to light. Overall, it doesn't matter- EVERY boxing fan is upset about this. We all lose.
They will ignore these facts period. Its about emotion and not facts. Crawford is a ****ing fraud.

Hopefully Spence changes his mind and fights Boots, but I doubt it!
How can anyone blame Spence? He didn't sign to fight someone else, Crawford did. There was only a two months difference in the fight dates. Spence body is outgrowing 147, so I assume he won't put himself at a disadvantage to make weight to fight Ennis at 147, he'll lose. I think his next fight may be at 154, or Thurman at 147. Crawford is not going beyond 147 anytime soon, so let's see if he'll fight Ennis.

Everyone talking about, we don't know what the negotiations was like, so we can't blame Crawford..... B.S this is totally on Crawford, he has no legs to stand on, he's never sold any good amounts of PPV, he's never fought anyone of note besides an old Porter, been spoon fed paper champions and bottom tier opponents, Crawford has not proved anything, the only reason he's ranked high is because some in the media and his groupies claim he's P4P, based on what? Beating some paper champions to become undisputed? I don't think people realize but every single guy he beat to become undisputed, got their a** knocked out in their very next fight.... Just shows the quality of those guys..... At this point should take whatever is offered to prove he's the best, I mean if he actually beat Spence big money would follow, but he and his team want to cash out now because they know he's not all that.

Sounds like they planned on using the fans’ bickering to promote the fight. People, this is just them trying to marinate the fight, but hope all goes well and no wrench is thrown into the mix. February it is then.

This doesnt make me happy. However I dont see any reason for crawford (or spence) to be sidelined any longer

In the end this is all part of the negotiation/promotion IMO. If they dont fight next year though.............

It's very disappointing how this has played out. Puts you off the sport.
