The state commissions are long behind in testing that the others (see above)but that'll soon change.
Your argument is bull feces anyways, jsut the rantings of a lunatic. Let him take the test and you'll have a fight, simple as that.

You really think the weigh beat Marquez in the Floyd fight?? Never mind that the disadvantage that Marquez (a good boxer in his own right that people such as yourself would love to forget what happened to Pacquiao when he faced him twice) faced was the boxing ability of Floyd which "weight" has no bearing in affecting.
Your turn...
Moron?!?!? When was the last time Pacquiao came in heavy and changed the contract the night before the weigh in?
I though you were talking about this:
Every testing demand namely the ridiculous 10 million per pound over the weight limit Mayweather agreed to previously.

That's news to me. Last time I checked they were still waiting for research to surface so they can put it in place. No use in wasting money on unsupported testings.

IF this is true i hope that floyd doesnt respond and say that the 14 day cut off is not on the table.......... that would not be good and would likely end it again, i always thought the 14 day cutoff was a fair offer so lets hope both sides see it this way too

I dont get why he wouldnt agree to 14 now, because he knows just like we do that Pac wont agree to testing up to the fight. So its up to Floyd if the fight is made
